Root Rooting Android 4.3

As of right now, only Chainfire's SuperSU v1.43+ is capable of rooting Android 4.3

Chainfire has requested that we not directly link to the download page, but to his thread on XDA instead.

So if someone is on stock, and they get the 4.3 OTA, they could root it with Chainfire's SuperSU v1.43?

Totally, but it will wipe the device if they have not already unlocked the bootloader because an unlocked bootloader is necessary to flash a custom recovery to flash SuperSU.
