Root Rooting Gone WRONG! Please Help Me!

I rooted my MetroPCS Admire and everything was fine until i tried to install a cyanogen ROM. My phone completely shut down and i dont know what to do. Nothing happens when i plug it in to my computer or to the charger. Before it shut down i backed up all my data and apps on Titanium backup (If that helps).

1.did you install clockwork mod recovery via odin? (if you did u.might be able to save it)

Even if u didnt do a back u might be able to factory restore

2. Did you install rom manager when you tried to install cm7? (if you did u probably cant save it)

3.after all that another thing you can try is to try to return to stock.

Thanks Im going to give it a try see what works. Hopefully i can still save it because its a brand new phone.

No Luck.. I tried but i have no clue what to do .
I only have basic knowledge with this type of crap so i was lost to be honest.
Im screwed D':

Ok try this with the phone off hold volume down and the back button then push the power button while still holding the other two buttons, and tell me what it does.
