Root rooting help, bootlodder unlocked

so i used the superuser tools v3 it did its tooted flashing thing but i dont have the su logo. i d.l root checker but nothing... please help with rooting with s on
 
i did i followed-it to a tee, i even was watching the youtube video. i downloaded the suv3 and pressed one then three and i got a message that flashed rooted. i when into my app bin and no su. i went onto the playstore and downloaded root check and its not rooted. i even went back into the suv3 and pressed 2 and three. when it was going through the commands it kept saying adb error, killing. then daemon was successful.
i went to htc dev and tryed to do the rru but i kept getting a error 190 rom cant update. so i skiped that step and i was still able to unlock the bootlock. i made sure that the sync was disabled.
i even went to cwm and tryed to root it to my sd card nothing. i even ran the exe in cwm, still nothing. i have observed u can root this device 2 ways with s on and s off. since i am on metropcs should i go with s off? but on the flip side i would like not to have to pay for the root. cafe please help me. as u have dseen i am been at it for a week or a lil more and nothing.... i am running hboot 1.10.0000. and marvlec. i even googled rooting hboot 1.10.0000 nothing :(
