Have rooted a bunch of Androids in the past but for some reason, this one is beating me up:
Used Hasoon2000's program to unlock bootloader, worked fine. Installed CWM 5.8.1.4 with that software a,d that seemed to be fine as well. However, when I enter recovery (pull out battery, boot holding down power and Vol down), then choose Recovery from that screen, I get to the CWM interface that I'm so familiar with. However...I can't get past that screen. No matter what I chosoe (reboot system, flash from zip, backup, whatever), it just takes me to a blank screen with the little hat icon. Hitting power brings me back...but I can't even reboot. I need to take out the battery to reboot.
Any ideas here? I'd like to try Amon Ra, can I remove CWM and install Amon Ra?
