Root rooting help?

Just rooted my Fascinate. Dont really know much about it. Need an app to control which of my apps open. It seems all of my apps open now even after I kill them. Also could use some tips or advice. I have some root apps, but dont really know what to do with them. Thanks!

First of all, stop killing those open apps. Android has an unique way of managing those apps, killing them will only drain your battery.
