Root Rooting Help

Hello all, just got a Nexus S 4g running ICS 4.0.4, build #IMM76D, Baseband D720. Can someone send me in the right direction for a step by step guide on unlocking and rooting, thanks so much!

I don't have any experience with the 4G version of the Nexus S, so read that guide over closely to make sure it applies to you.
