Root rooting help

please help me with the rooting of my huawei u8800 pro
i didnt find any required useful guide for rooting the phone

please give me full detailed guide and provide me the links like downloading software and detailed guide
 
my huawei is running on ICS 4.0.3 tutorial is on 2,2 froyo
how can i root it and update it to 4.4 kitkat
as i am entierly new to rootingh
sorry if i am bugging too much
i dont want to brick device
 
okay i tried rooting my huawei u8800 pro running on ics 4.0.3 using superoneclick v2.3.3 but it wont root it gets stucked at step 7 andm then it gets in to no responding

i have not mounted sd card and i tried this application but no use it wont root
in the end it says "waiting for the device"


any help here or any way to root the phone in easy way of course
