Root Rooting on ICS

I've been trying all week to root my LG Thrill running ICS (4.0.4 att&t) with no luck. Does anyone know of any verified methods? Thanks in advance

Thank you very much however I've also tried that method with no luck. The program claims to have completed successfully but it fails. I'm not too familiar with the terminology however is this a possible method (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2146685).

Not sure if you got it yet, but i have rooted my Thrill on ICS, it is an annoying process, but worth it.

That all in one post is the same. Only thing i recommend for the first way to do it, right click the phone when its blinking on and off on the computer when you plug it in without a battery and update the file manually off the folder it says on the page i posted. It may take a few tries since the 5 seconds is not the easiest thing to catch.
