Root Rooting Problems...

So, I Rooted my phone with CM10 beta but after rooting it doesnt boot up. It stucks to start screen where is two logos of samsung galaxy gio. How i can fix this? Factory reset is not working. It says it fails and i dont have another operating system in my phone. What i can do?
