Root rooting questions?

Im ganna be getting the inspire 4g soon

ive been researching rooting it and stuff but im having very little luck, i hope you guys can help me with what id like:

Id like to:
root the inspire
enable tethering
enable installing non market apps
uninstall some crappy stock apps
disable upload speed cap
