Root Rooting Samsung Admire????

I want to know if there is a current way to root the Samsung Admire 2.3.6? I have the drivers I have the Admire windows root zip and ive tried extracting the file and putting it back on my MetroPcs Samsung Admire nothing works please help!!!!

Have you tried Kingo? (The Note 3 just got an update that wiped out root, and an older version of Kingo made fast work of getting it back.) The only problem is the download speed - the server is slow. But it's worth waiting for. Connect the phone, wait for it to connect to Kingo, click the Root button and wait for it to root. Then click the Finish button and you're done. If, on the rare chance it can't root that particular phone, it won't break anything, it'll just tell you it can't and exit gracefully.

Don't delete the program when you're done. If you run it on a rooted phone, it becomes an unrooter. (You can't update rooted phones, you have to unroot them first.)
