Root Rooting....then unrooting...?

Ok so i"ve been thinking of ways to save battery life while still staying on the stock rom. So as we all know, the TB comes with a lot of bloatware and nasty apps *cough* blockbuster *cough*...that kills your battery. I was thinking, if i were to root my phone, get rid of all that useless apps, then unroot my phone. 1. Would my phone be back to normal and act like it did before rooting? No problems at all?
2. Would those dreadful apps be gone? Or would they come back to haunt me for the rest of my thunderbolts life?

Sorry to report that not only will the bloat return, you will lose all your data when you unroot.

Only the files on internal memory, apps, homescreen layout, settings, etc. The sdcard would be left alone
