Root Rooting with all in One toolkit. Phone will not boot info recovery after cwm flash. Any help?

This is my 3rd phone I've tried to root and my first problem. I've unlocked the bootloader gone on to the flash recovery step. I flashed CWM exactly as instructed, but when I try to boot recovery to install superuser perm root, I get a screen with the HTC logo and something like "this build is not to be distributed outside HTC......." The rooting method for this phone is very different then anything I've delt with before. Over tried everything I can think of including re flashing different recoverys I've found for the phone. Also the superboot methood. I think none will work with what apperes to be no recovery whatsoever on the device. Tried factory reset but can't boot recovery no factory reset. Please help, there's got to be a. solution, I just don't know it.

This build for dev purpose means that it's unlocked, you can root it by flashing my rom it includes cwm recovery, everything that you need.

if you prefer rooting only then flash my custom kernel then find some rooting zips that will push superuser by cwm recovery.

Thanks for your reply. I think I figured out what my problem is. Toolkit was got gsm phones mine is cmda so I flashed a recovery for a gsm on a cmda. Wish the dev would have made this apparent but he didn't. Is your recovery based on cmda or gsm? I guess I'll try it can mess it up any worse. Thanks again

Edit: don't know how I could flash your rom as I can't get onto recovery.
