Root RSD Issues with Droid X

Ok I have read several posts but I'm still doing something wrong.

I Want to completly factory reset/wipe my Droid X using RSD Lite. But I keep running into problems.

One time I didn't work at all. Second Time nothing changed it was exactly the same way.

I have 30.04 Bootloader if that helps. I don't care if I go back to very first build of Android available for the Droid X. I just want to factory Re Wipe my X because I'm trying to sell it.

So any help on how to do it and what files to use.. would be a great help.
