Help RSD Lite 4.8 won't recognize .sbf file

Trying to flash back to 2.3.340 before returning a cracked screen, and RSD lite won't recognize the .sbf file. I even renamed it to a short name. It shows up in the browse box but the 'start' is stil grayed out. It recognizes my phone just fine.
HELP!
Nevermind! Found the issue- and the thread from before where the problem was solved!
