Help RSD tool patch??

I just called Verizon about my DINC overheating and rebooting. The tech guy said I need to take it to a Verizon store where someone can install a "rsd tool" patch to fix the problem.

Before I waste my time, has anyone heard of this and know if it works??

Idk what the heck that guy was talkin about. but you should of hung up and called right back. dust yourself off and try again. and try again
took me 3 tries but I have my 3rd refurb coming, along with a white battery door.

Rss is motorola, not for htc phones....if your phone ain't working, just get it replaced if it is a hardware problem and ruu if it's a software pRoblem
