Help RSS widget not updating

Hello

I have a very funny problem with my DHD news widget

It won't update.

I have tried to force it to update, removed all my subscriptions and readded them, cleared the cache and stored data. All with various cycles of turning the phone on and off.

No luck.

It is now a blank widget and when I try to add RSS feeds it won't list any and effectively nothing happens when I tap the widget.

Any thoughts?

Tried that.

Now when I go to add the widget back it briefly looks for news sources and then goes back to the widget selection window. Therefore I cannot add it back to one of the home screens.

Any thoughts?
 
I know you are all following this with baited breath...

It is only the HTC widget that has the problem

I have downloaded a couple of Google Reader RSS readers and widgets and they all work.

How can I reset the HTC thing, there must be some sort of setting that has become corrupted?
 
I have the same problem UKLeeds, I'm not using the widget but the full app and it's not updated since sat/sun last week. I have no idea what the problem could be!
