Root Rubix doesnt recognize physical key presses.

So I've been having an odd issue with Rubicon 1.9.5. Sometimes when i go to wake the phone, or bring up the menu for something, it won't recognize that i pressed those buttons. It always works the second time around, but it gets kind of annoying after a while. Anyone have any ideas?

Make a backup, sync everything, wipe the phone and try a fresh install.
Sometimes you can get a buggy install. Used to happen on my Eris a lot.

I've installed a few times. No change. .

I changed launchers from adw ex to launcher pro plus and it seemed to remedy my problem.

I've had that problem on mine too...thought it was fission, but it seems to do it at random no matter what rom I'm using.
