Rumor, PS3 controller with xperia phones

Hi I read that sony phones will be able to wirelessly connect to PS3 controllers. Is this true for the Z? and if this is true can you customize the key bindings or is it only compatible with a few "sony" games or something?? just curious as I am contemplating getting this phone or a different non sony phone

Yup.

Although Tom used an Xperia SP for the demo, I've seen him playing on an Xperia Z.

can you customize the key bindings

I think that depends on (a) whether the game supports game controllers and (b) supports remapping buttons.

I am contemplating getting this phone or a different non sony phone

I believe the app requires root access to work on non-Xperia handsets.

I'm (in the long run) considering an Xperia Z Ultra, so I'm glad to see this is the case.
