Help Running apps

Hello i have an lg optimus 3d here in uk but it seams to keep opening apps i was wondering if there was a way to stop this as it is annoying i keep having to clear the list any help pls thanks danny

Thats android (at least as far as I know).

Was looking for a way to stop that happening except for messages and gmail... haven't found one yet though.
