Root Running RUU

I am having trouble running the stock ruu.exe i installed htc drivers already, and my computer is still not recognizing my phone. I also tried using Harmonia but still nothing?? any help is greatly appreciated
 
I had an issue trying to run an RUU for my DHD... I found that the issue was the USB cable. Have you tried a different cable? It may not be the answer, but worth a try :)

Electronics are finicky. They really are.

Also, if you're in the SDK folder in terminal/command prompt, make sure it's named Sdk-tools. Had that issue where renaming it causes it to not be recognized, apparently.
