Running script on screen?

Had one of these things that would not charge so I replaced the battery and while I was working on it I updated it to 4.2.2. Now everything seems to be working correctly but ever since I rebooted it the screen has a script that is running in the top right hand corner. Any ideas how to remove it?
 
Maybe you are in Debug mode? Try going to Settings, Developer Options and uncheck USB Debug?
