Help Running Time 100% After Updating to 2.2

Hi guys, so ever since I updated to Froyo the running time shown in Spare Parts is 100% whereas the screen on time is 10%. The only abnormality is that the sync icon is stuck 100% of the time in the notification bar, and I was wondering if this could be causing the problem. Can anyone else with the sync icon stuck issue and a rooted 2.2 DX test to see what the running time is? Also, in Spare Parts, the partial wake usage screen shows that the Android System is keeping the phone awake. (Also, I am aware of the GPS bug and it is supposed to be fixed in 2.2, and even if I leave GPS off the running time is still 100%)
