Runtastic Gear watch Note 3

Hi All

I can not get my Gear Watch to turn on Runstatstic.

It looks like the watch is opening Runtastic but hangs on that screen
Any help would be appreciated as this is the main reason I bought the Watch

Note 3 Rooted on Omega v4

Perhaps not what you're looking for,but,have you contacted the ROM developer?

Wouldn't be a bad place to start.

I have a Galaxy Gear and Note 3, and Runtastic Pro installed on the Note 3. Runtastic on the Gear just starts but then just hangs on the initial splash screen.

My best suggest- if you installed the app from the play store, contact the developer. There wouldn't be anything we could do in terms of the app not completely loading.

From the reviews I've read there seems to be all kinds of issues currently with the app that only the developer can fix.

i moved this to the gear forum.

well for the gear.....it is found in the samsung apps within gear manager.

you can try and uninstall it and then re-install the app.
