order in which they should be done?
also the command to undo s-off

-meant to say bootloader lock in title

Did you unlock your bootloader again after s-off? I ask because the wire trick actually returns the bootloader to its original **LOCKED** state rather than the branded **RELOCKED** state that you normally get from re-locking.

If you have unlocked the bootloader, there is a flashable zip I can point you to since you are s-off that will return it to a locked state.

So the steps would be:
- Flash the lock bootloader zip
- Run RUU
- S-on

-WARNING-
If you are not on a signed hboot when you s-on, it will brick the phone. So RUU comes before s-on. Do not run this command if you are on a patched h-boot!

The command to s-on is: fastboot oem writesecureflag 3

Can I ask why you want to return the phone to s-on? I personally would leave it off. If you are selling the phone, anyone who wants to root will be happy it's s-off already. Anyone who doesn't root, will have no idea what s-on or off is and will likely never even venture into the bootloader.

Edit: Here is a link to the bootloader zips - http://androidforums.com/cdma-evo-3d-all-things-root/662615-how-change-your-lock-status-flag.html

Also, I edited your title for you :)
