Root rzrecovery loop

i rooted my metro pcs lg esteem but it is stuck on the rzr recovery loop screen. i wiped the fone by pressing +/- volume and power 3 xs and i erased everything but it is not working. what can i do?

When you tapped the power 3 times did it go into rzr recovery or was there an android with a triangle around it?

it gives me a msg that reads "permanently erase user data & reset settings?" then if i press power to comfirm it will do it and then starts up but goes straight into rzr recovery loop and then reads "E: cant mount /cache/recovery/ command"

You just need to flash the exit recovery file. check "Shiney's" root guide for a link.
