Root S-0ff success need some help

I finally got S-0ff after many tries. I'm currently running Cleanrom 4.3 with the old firmware patch. I Downloaded and ran GB version of juopunut bear. Then downloaded their hboot at the end of s-off. Phone boots normally and runs, but all external sd card storage and phone storage is gone? I've tried the fixes posted with the s-0ff thread and had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

that comes from an incompatible hboot. you either:
1)accidentally installed the ics hboot
or
2)you are actually on the new fimrware,not the GB firmware

if all else fails,run the latest ICS leak RUU,then install cleanrom 4.4 with no firmware patch

How would i run the newest ICS RUU through fastboot? Since I can't download anything onto my phone?

you can accomplish that a couple different ways:

1)you can put your sd card into a card reader to move PH98IMG to it,then flash it in hboot
2)you can run it as an RUU on your PC starting with the phone in fastboot(my favorite way) directions here: http://androidforums.com/rezound-all-things-root/535820-how-easier-way-flash-ph98img-files.html
3)you can flash a permanent recovery,and toggle usb storage from there
