Help S Cover window

When I close the s view cover on my Note 3, the time, date, weather etc. display for about 3 seconds in the window, then goes blank.
Is there a way to keep the display on permanently or longer
?

None that I know of. It's a shame they don't allow any customisation like they do on the Note 4. At least on there you can change the wallpaper of the window.
