Root ?'s just rooted

As the title says I just rooted to GC 2.0 via cwm and installed voodoo l/f. The phone has been immensely better...but now I have no voicemail? What do I do about that? Also before when I was stock say id been using the browser or using an emulator id exit and press home, this would basically freeze up the phone for a few seconds and it can get very annoying well it is still sometimes doing this any reason why? None of my past phones had this issue and I know the charge has plenty of power so....ya. last question now is where do I go from here or what would be the next upgrade I guess I would say from my current rom?

You would ned to get the .apk and push it to /system/app. I don't have it on my phone but do at the house (I'm pretty sure). Alternatively you could always switch to google voice for voice mail (at no cost).

Could be ROM related.

Next step would be flashing leaks, loopy, V6 Supercharge, FugiMods and your own final touches and/or themeing. Depends on how happy you are or if you are a flash-aholic! :)

The .apk? im not following that.....Also i tried google voice maybe i was setting it up wrong i cant remember what it was telling me but it was basically saying it wont work because verizon voicemail was what i was using ill try it again, and what would a v6 supercharger do. Next ive been reading up on the new ep3ha modems can i just flash those with odin with no problems or are there different steps?

BTW just incase anyone thinks the droid charge is easy to root.....IS CORRECT!! but its ridiculously hard to find what you need or want there are a million different things between roms Froyo vs GB, voodoo, modems its pretty overwhelming haha spent all day today figuring it out and bootlooped my phone quite a few times but finally achieved success!! Anyways thanks for you time.

Nobody has it all in one place, so it is difficult. Why not GBE 2.1 or the latest EP4P Humble 5.0 "all in one"?

V6 Supercharger and 3g Turbocharger, What would i have to do to flash these onto my Charge and like i said earlier about the Modems will i have to change anything with my Rom im currently running or can i just Flash them and forget?

Still wondering about the sometimes lag/ pause when i hit home and it doesnt load up my home screen....

Attached are the files needed to reinstall Verizon's voicemail. Use a file manager, such as Root Explorer, to put these into your /system/app folder.

For the screendraw issue that you are having, try the Loopy Smoothness fix found HERE.

So i looked at the instructions for fixing the loopy smoothness, and well i think i did it right. It said look and put the name of your launcher well it already had it there except there was a 2 at the end so i deleted the 2.....so far it hasn't paused yet but i just changed it so i will keep you posted. And thank you very much for the help.

V6 Supercharger and 3g turbo chargers any info on those. And i See new modems and all it says is if you dont know how to flash these then dont do it....Well obviously i dont know how i have never done it nor are there any explanations on how to do it, And i would rather not do this by trial and error. So can i just flash this with CWM or Odin and my rom and everything will stay the same or is there another long process?

TBH, I'm not convinced v6 helps the leak. Never heard of the 3g turbo charger.

Your modems are up to date if you flashed the leak through Odin. :)

Hey so i switched over to Humble EP4P and its far less glitchy they gummy was I'm much happier now. How would you say the overall experience of a rooted charge is vs say the top dual core phones, such as speed and overall smoothness cause this phone is pretty amazing now. Also on humble I can overclock w/tegrak what do you think about this is there a performance increase and also is it stable? Thanks in advance for your input!

All cpu's are not created equal. This applies to overclocking. What might be stable at 1.3 on one phone may not be stable on another phone.

I did mine and I was very stable at 1.3, but did get the occasional lockup launching an app, like maps. I didn't get any of these at 1.2.

I'm just running stock now, it works just fine. I do like tegrak where you can load it quickly if you just want to play around and tweak some settings, even scaling.
