Help S-memo missing after jellybean upgrade

My note last week received an ota upgrade to jelly bean n700xxlsz.
All worked as expected but i now realise that S-MEMO has vanished as an app. Its still there on the phone but it will not run. S-NOTE is not a replacement for my needs.

However Colornote seems to be a good replacement. I found it on google play store. Its not my app but it does seem to work well.

Go to Menu > Settings> Manage Applications > S Note > and Tap on Force Stop then reboot your device. That should get it working again.

Tried that. No joy. Thanks for idea because if s-memo does work with jellybean my upgrade has failed. :-(

Can anyone confirm that s-note does not work with jellybean

S-Note works with Jelly Bean. It's S-Memo which has been discontinued and, even though it is supplied with the Jelly Bean ROM, the first time you run it it will prompt to convert all your S-Memos to S-Notes and will then disable/hide the S-Memo app.

As I use neither S-Memo nor S-Note I have no idea how successful the migration of data is.

Open s-note down tho the bottom should find your memos from s-memos. Click on the plus and that should look like s-memo

I lost all my S-Memos when I upgraded to Jellybean. I wasn't bothered as I didn't have many and had written all the info down but others may find it a problem.
