Root [S-OFF] Juopunutbear S-OFF -Beta Release

I don't see it ...? I went to the website the one this forum is showing and I can't find it all I see how to do the wire trick not the program

Read the instructions here http://unlimited.io/juopunutbear-public-beta-0-1/instructions/

Then click on evo 3d cdma, read the info, and then the bottom two links are for the VM evo v, click the one for your operating system and it will download control bear.

Now just connect your phone with the back cover off via usb and then run control bear. Do the wire trick when it tells you to and you will be s-off.

If you run into problems don't freak out your phone is just likely not bricked. If the phone is completely black with no notification light just pull out the battery, put it back on and it will boot up, then try control bear again.

It may take a few tries but don't give up s-off is very much worth it.

3) Locate and click the cellphone picture above the words "HTC Evo 3D CDMA"
4) Locate and click the cellphone picture above the words "HTC Evo 3D CDMA"
5) Select whichever download applies to you

Scotch tape should work but I personally used electrical tape just to be safe.

That's not scotch tape

Is the notification light glowing? If not pull the battery out, put it back in, and try again.
