Root S-off now available 2.04/2.06!!!!

K I'm on the HTC DROID DNA on Verizon, Running firmware 2.06.605 with hboot- 1.33.0001
i have been searching forums here and on xda for these answers with no luck.
I cannot unlock the bootloader, will that affect me running REVONE S-OFF or MOONSHINE S-OFF in anyway?
If they run right n all goes well, will it in effect unlock my bootloader for me and i can proceed with flashing the recovery's n roms?
or will it allow me to unlock the bootloader it someway?

I know that moonshine specifically gives you s-off and an unlocked bootloader. They also recently updated with a windows version so I would go with that just to be economical. Once you have achieved S-off and unlock, you will need to flash a recovery (I personally use TWRP 2.5) then flash root.

After that you'll be all set!

k i got two errors stopping me from using either version of moonshine, on windows it'll do it for about 45 mins n then ERROR: unable to distill rom, and on ubuntu not even 30 sec's in ERROR: unable to check for updates. Any advice on either issue would be appreciated, Thanks

Unfortunately I won't be able to actually use the method to s-off until Tuesday when my replacement DNA arrives. Best advice I can offer now is post in the XDA threads and on IRC.
