Root S-off sd card problems

undone98

Newbie
so i just got s-off at about one last night how ever i'm having a ton of trouble getting my sd card working again i've tried formatting through windows and the link provided in the op's post about s-off on xda's website where you try to fix it through command, and i tried flashing the jb_hboot.zip as recommended on xda again and all i got was an error message (i cant remember it i should have written it down sorry) my phone currently says is that my sd card is damaged and i need to reformat

any suggestions? all help will be greatly appreciated

you might try running an ruu, then clear storage in hboot.

do a full format in the PC of the sd card, not a quick format,to FAT32.

if the phone sees the card, try formatting with the phone.

unfortunately,it happens sometimes... ive got a 2gb sd card that is not even recognized in the PC anymore.if your PC is still seeing it youve still got a good chance :)

for this reason i always use a 1-2gb cheap spare sd for s-off procedures.

thanks posted in i don't know how many forums and first reply I've gotten for me to try something i haven't done already and i'm using my spare for all of this stuff i dont wanna lose my back ups lol

are they still on the sd? if so is the pc still seeing the sd? if so,RIGHT NOW,move everything on the SD to a safe place on the PC. better safe than sorry :)
