Help S Pen not accurate

HI...
My Samsung Galaxy Note's S-pen is not working at all.when S pen is near the screen then it shows a little mark on the screen,but it dont do anything.i tried to change its sensitivity but it is still not working.
please help me!!!!!!!!

You will have to borrow someone else pen and try it. The S-pen appears to be the first thing to fail on the GN.

i've tried with other s pen but same problem!
is there any kind of settings which disable/enable the s pen?
please tell me.
