Help S Planner Question

Hi guys

Ive started adding events into my tabs as im a very busy person but for some reason when the event reminds me there is no tone to tell me about the reminder, i went into the room earlier where my tab was charging and the reminder had been up on screen for at least 2 hours with the screen snooze or dismiss reminder but no tone.

I have checked settings and can see there is a tone set, system volume is on max, media volume on max and so is all the rest.

is this not supported on the galaxy tab or is there an other alternative that works better like a different app

You have to set the S-Planner notifications settings in the S-Planner Menu itself (3settings)
And make sure to select a noisy tone "join Hangout" works best for me.
Lastly make sure you ticked the "Notifications when screen off" as well
