Help s planner won't open

Pleae. Provide more info, like android version, rooted or not, what exactly happens, what steps did you already try (like clearing cache, rebooting etc)
 
It's android version 4.1.1, don't know what you mean by rooted, I only bought it today. When I tap the icon the screen goes white then back to home screen and a message appears that says 'unfortunately s planner has stopped'. I cleared the cache but it stop wouldn't open so I reset the tab, it still won't open
 
At some point, I think with the 4.1.1 update, the S Planner was renamed "Calendar". Do you have an app named Calendar?
 
Try this:

Open Settings, Application manager. Scroll to the right until you see "All". Then, scroll down to S Planner. Click it, and press the Force Stop button, and the Clear Data button.

Now try to run the app again.
