Help S voice talk back button control

I am having a problem configuring my blue tooth - Galaxy 4s connection so that talk back button is active in S voice. Whenever i close s-voice, the talk back button reverts to being off. Is there a way in Tasker to turn it on and off? I am new to Tasker, so please be spefic.

If S voice is not the way to go, I am open to anything else.

Just Double Tap the menu button....

Thank you, but this did not change the default for talk back to "on" when I open S voice.
