Help S2 Change default photo save location?

Lurker
When I take a photo, I want to save them to the external_sd in the DCIM directory and use a naming convention such as 00000001.jpg. The reason for this is that I can put the external SD card straight into my ipad (using the std connector) and upload the photo's. Ipad must have them in the DCIN folder and thet must be 8 characters in length (i know...)

Currently by default they go into external_sd/DCIM/Camera in with the name format 2011-08-12 11.33.26.jpg (date and time). Any Ideas how to do this? I can't see anything obvious on the phone.

many thanks

You can't alter the destination folder, only the volume (either phone or external card). Similarly you can't specify a custom file naming convention.

I'm surprised the iPad has issues with this, as the DCIM standard allows for sub-folders inside the mandatory /DCIM one.
