My S2 (on Jellybean) has recently been very buggy so I backed up with Kies and decided to factory reset.. however, it is now stuck on the page saying 'unmounting USB storage', and I cannot do anything with the phone
Can I take out the battery and attempt to reset again? I don't want to completely break my phone!
