Welcome to TroggermanJB build A23!
(Build A22 is available on Sweeter Home 2's theme downloader system under "Most Recent".)
LEFT: This is the base home screen. The metal tweed background is actually a very small tiled image. Delete the metal tweed image block to use your own background wallpaper instead. Pressing the telephone icon launches intent URI "tel:" to launch the dialer.
RIGHT: This is the CTRL block. At the top is an external widget, in the middle are Sweeter Home internal widgets for time and date - which use your android custom font (this font is android's Choco Cooky). Build A22 available through the Sweeter Home theme list uses 12 hour time, however I prefer 24 hour time so that is what is shown here in build A23 - with seconds included! There is an invisible block over the time that launches an intent URI to open the (Samsung!) alarm clock, the CAM button launches an intent URI to open the camera, and the LED button launches an intent URI to open LED Flashlight Genius, if you have it installed. That way you can launch the program without using up resources by running its external widget. I recently rebuilt TroggermanJB to be as lightweight as possible.
LEFT: The APP springboard pops in springboards for I/O (multimedia), COM (communication i.e. network-related), and SYS (tools) tag-trays, as well as LIB which opens an All Applications tray. You'll notice that the fixed-width font is android stock and is NOT the same as your android custom font.
RIGHT: The USR springboard pops in springboards for SCHED (external widget for a calendar), MAIL (external widget for an email app), MSG (displays recent SMS), and CALL (gives you two interactive lists - a list of recent calls and a list of contacts in the same block).
LEFT: All three blue tagged trays present selected applications in a large-icon, no-title side-scrolling format.
RIGHT: The purple LIB tray shows all installed applications, in a large-icon, side-scrolling format with titles.
LEFT: TroggermanJB ver. A is set to display only text messages that are received or pending, and none of those that you have sent since you probably already know what they say. There is a bug where on my android jelly bean the sender is displayed as a phone number, whereas on ICS the contact name was always shown.
RIGHT: Sorry about the pixelation. All of the spaces between the dividers are buttons, to dial the recent number or to open the contact. In Sweeter Home 2, you control every visual aspect of your theme from within edit mode. You can set the colors, opacities, border thickness and corners, font details, spacing/padding, divider color and style, etc. It is a nicely robust programming environment.
LEFT: Welcome to Sweeter Home 2's theme edit mode. All of your blocks exist on layers number 1-10, the higher the number the more visible the block is on this screen where blocks are translucent. You can resize and drag blocks, and long-pressing on a block lets you edit, copy, delete, or paste-merge a similar copied block into your selected block. It also lets you select any other block that exists in the same space. This selected block is the invisible alarm-clock button, which launches the following intent URI:
RIGHT: This is the intent URI to open the alarm clock on a Samsung Galaxy series phone. Android 4.1.2's digital clock widget does not appear to be able to launch the alarm clock, whereas the ICS version did.
