I currently have 2 S2s, my old phone and my wife's current phone, both branded Orange phones. I've updated with Kies in the past with no issues but recently I seem to have lost the ability to update the firmware on both phones. When I connect to Kies the 'Current Firmware Version' is blank. And this is despite receiving Kies messages that the latest firmware for both phones has been downloaded. Has anyone else experienced this and, more importantly, can anyone help?

Check if you have the latest Kies version. And try uninstalling and re-installing Kies. Or you could try installing Kies on another laptop to see if that helps.
