S2 only charging OK from USB

I have Samsung Galaxy S2 phone.
Model SGH-T989D
Android verion 2.3.5

It started 3 days ago.
From wall jacket charging is random. Up and down.
Charging - not charging.
From PC USB port - charging is stable.

What might be the problem?

wall jackets are fine.
The same problem is in different places - my office desk, my friend office desk, home, office kitchen.
All wall jacks cannot suddenly break in one day :-)
 
Don't think so.
I tried 2 of them plus car charger. It's the same problem everywhere except PC USB. Looks like with a lower voltage it works fine but when voltage is a bit higher (wall jacket), it has problems charging.
I wonder if it's a battery.

Use a different cable. The charger may be okay but the cable may be faulty.
 
For to charge with lower amperage the phone doesn't need the data lines of the cable.
For to charge with higher amperage the phone need the data lines of the cable for to "see" Samsung's coding on the charger.
So you'd try another cable as Funky said already :)

Thanks a lot. I will try another cable but I doubt all my three cables suddenly became faulty in one day.

I've had exactly that happen. Seems to be a pattern for me...the most improbable fault is my problem, and not believing it, I troubleshoot everything else, then after an infuriating eternity spent dealing with it I find out it was indeed that all of my cables failed the same day, or the oil pressure really WAS doing what the gauge showed that I thought was impossible, or it was my brake pads all along...
 
I tried another Samsung charger from my friend and it's still the same problem.
Looks like it refuses to charge from any wall socket.

So the phone's microUSB socket could be the problem, same issue as I thought of the cable: one or both data pins aren't able to "see" the charger's data pins.
Have a close look at the phone's microUSB pins for dirt or fluff or bend pins.

I think you are right.
But it's hard to see anything inside of microUSB port.
It is very tiny.
I don't know how i can clean it.
 
Bingo. When I connect to PC USB, it says on PC that device has not been recognized.
It is definetly problem with data pins inside microUSP port.
And on the phone I don't get "USB Connected" notification (which I always was getting before).
