First of all, hello people, nice following you and finally posting.
Hope you won't find this too repetitive, I googled around..
Anyway, bought the S2 last Sunday and was amazed by the screen and responsiveness. After a few days I already have my complaints and difficulties and hope some could be resolved:
1. Google maps zoom level - I use the phone as it came, no ROM changes, no rooting, just the Samsung software as it arrived (with updates to apps). For some reason, I can't zoom in to street level, or even zoom enough to see the names of each street. On my Iphone I can zoom as I wish, but the S2 stops pretty zoomed out... Any fix?
2. RTL language support. I use Hebrew, and while the fonts exist, mail subjects, some web elements (eg. news tickers) and mainly notes are reversed or not aligned correctly. Do I have to use a custom ROM for a patch?
3. Camera's red spot problem - I know this is well documented. Just for the statistics, after the update the problem is less evident, but something is there.
4. Heat - massive usage generates heat. The screen's glass becomes pretty warm. I hope the case I bought won't trap it in and create some damage.. Hope it doesn't affect the life of the screen or creates dis-colorization.
