Help S2 won't charge unless using AC outlet

I can't understand why the phone will only charge with an AC charger plugged into the wall?!

Bought a car charger last night - wouldn't charge. Tried charging it using USB cord from computer - won't charge!

Should work. When I plug in my phone via USB to PC, or car charger, it works fine. Maybe a bad hardware? Get it exchanged.

I heard something about the phone needing a certain amt of min power to charge from a power outlet or the phone won't recognize it. Maybe thats the issue???

Yep - need to look at the amp output for the car charger and the power the phone need
