Hi!
So recently my S2 has been acting up. It all started when the phone froze while I was using it a couple nights back. I didn't really think that was weird, phones freeze every now and then and I just shut it off manually and started to charge it.
When the phone had charged for about 15-20 minutes, I tried to start it again. The problem was that didn't want to start up. It got past the initial start-screen ( the one where it says Galaxy s2), but it froze at the Samsung logo. I didn't really think to much about it and decided to take a look at it the next morning.
The next morning I tried to start it up, but it still didn't want to. This is where I started to get worried. I tried looking up fixes and solutions online, restarting it several times, starting it without an SD-card, starting it while plugged in, but nothing worked. I went to a local phone-store and the lady there made a quick check on the phone. She basically replied "It's dead, 2 years is too much for a smartphone to handle".
My main problem is that I've got a whole bunch of photos and other stuff on my phone that I don't want to lose ( I don't have any recent backups, I'm an idiot I know ). Is there any way I can save my phone? Or at least recover the data on the phone?
Sincerely Tom.
