Help s3 bottom buttons not working

Hey guys my s3's bottom touch buttons are not working. They don't light up either. I have factory reset the phone already and it still doesn't work. Any help is appreciated thanks.

We are glad you have joined us here.

It would seem that your S3 may be defective.
I would recommend that you take it to your service provider and get a replacement while it is still under warranty (assuming you bought it new from a service provider).

Try the warrenty first. Then you can open the phone n check the cable. Watch a teardown first

I bbought the phone off eBay. I knew it wasn't working too I thought it was a simple fix
