Help S3 Freezing as soon as i boot up

Its really frustrating its rooted and on CM 10.1 its been working fine for months then all of a sudden i started getting the odd one or two crashes a week after a few hours use and its gradually got worse and now its at the point where i can't do anything, it crashes as soon as its booted up the screen just freezes and none of the buttons work. I was gonna try just backing up my apps and completely wiping the phone but i can't get onto carbon or anything to do it !!! Anyone know another way i can back up all my apps and data ? or any other way to fix this problem that doesn't involve deleting everything ? I've had nothing but problems with this phone and Samsung are never getting my business again ! HTC's are much more reliable.

Do you have a Nandroid backup from when the phone was running fine mate?
Im not a Samsung fan but dont really think u can blame the manufacturer lol

Nope sadly not it was taking up too much space and my phone was working fine so i deleted it (wont be making that mistake again) i have just completely wiped everything anyways i'm trying to install a new rom but that ain't working

Did u try flashing the same rom again mate?
if you havent factory reset yet. Download Titanium Backup free app and back up apps and settings :thumbup:

Whats happening now when you boot?

Cm 10.1 and so will liquidsmooth but i am still getting the same crashes on a totally clean install of Liquidsmooth.

Try a samsung or samsung based rom n see if that helps
