Help S3 goes mute by itself and I can't turn it up.

This problem have been going I think about more than 2 weeks and I did some research and deleted all the apps I heard it was causing it like doubletwist AVG and many other apps and I ran out of apps now. I clean cache after I deleted them and restarted but the problem continues. Only way is to restart everytime

A factory reset might be the next thing to try. Its worth it to fix a drastic bug like that :thumbup:

I want to reset but I can't at the moment until I find a computer because I loose stuff
