S3 hanging

HI i keep getting this message saying "Unforunately, TwDVFSAPP has stopped" and "Settings has Stopped" it prevents me from using my phone to make calls and send messages....pls help

Welcome aboard.

Unfortunately, this usually happens because of an incompatible installed app. Start by uninstalling the most recent app(s) until the problem get fixed.
