Help S3 Help!! Crashing!!

Hi all, I'm new to this site so please bare with me. I recently got a galaxy s3 and it has been working perfectly for months yet I have now found it's decided to be a little bitch. This is mainly when I use facebook or twitter, it just won't let me post a photo from either app. Also, it's decided to start crashing randomly, it even restarted in 'safe mode' today which pissed me right off. At times I have tried to lock it and it just dims the screen but stops all touch functions. Most annoyting. Anyway, can anyone help??

You aren't rooted by chance are you? Ill assume no unless you tell me otherwise.

Is the problems uploading pictures network related or is the app just too unstable and crashes?

If you suspect it is the phone and not the network, doing a cache wipe from the stock recovery may help.

If that doesn't work, it may be time for a factory reset.

Get back to me, and well get you step by step directions if you decide to go that route
 
Also (i finaly quit facebook a couple months ago but) i found either Quickpic or the nexus gallery apps were better for uploading pics :thumbup:

The apps just say "sending tweet" or "uploading photo" and never do anything even after an hour. How do u clear the cache?
